Adding value is all about a greater output to investment. I feel this is sometimes lost in business jargon. Everything we do as an agency strives for greater output for our clients. So where does marketing start for you?

Marketing is often seen as an expense, but it can also be seen as an investment. The key to marketing is understanding whether you are investing or spending and then using your resources wisely.

So it’s clear that marketing has a significant impact on the success of a business. However, it is not enough to just have a marketing plan in place. It takes hard work, dedication and creativity to be successful in marketing. It’s not just about getting a customer, it is also about retaining that customer and making them happy.

So what are 4 activities that can really add value to a company?
